Collab with adidas for C.P. Company 50th anniversary

Italian fashion masters C.P. Company are celebrating their 50th anniversary. No surprise something special had to happen for the occasion. To mark the milestone they teamed up with adidas to create something unique - a perfect choice given how much the audiences of both brands overlap.

At the latest C.P. Company exhibition the new project was officially unveiled. The first outcome of the collab is a refreshed version of the Italia Spezial shoes. The highlight is the embossed gold logos of both brands. Alongside the branding there are green and red details, with the shoes crafted from premium white leather.

The second product shown was a camo-style jacket - a refreshed version of the adidas Haslingden, now with colours and patterns from the Italian brand. It’s made of the 50 Fili fabric, a cotton and nylon blend developed by Massimo Osti himself. Interestingly, the campaign featured England and Manchester United defender Luke Shaw, and in the city centre of Darwen a mural was painted showing the footballer wearing the new C.P. Company x adidas jacket. His presence underlines the cultural impact of both brands within football.

The release dropped on October 14 and sold out instantly.
