Terms & Conditions
1. General Information

By accessing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
- Seller: Casual Authentic – Maciej Twardziński
- Customer: Any individual or legal entity making a purchase in the Store
- Consumer: An individual making a purchase not related to business or profession
- Store: The online shop at casualauthentic.com
- Account: Free user account created via registration
- Order: A request by the Customer to buy Products
- Products: Goods available for sale in the Store
3. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales contracts concluded between the Seller and Customers through the Store. They regulate the use of the Store, the process of placing and fulfilling Orders, Customer rights and Seller obligations.
4. Technical Requirements
To use the Store the Customer must have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email account. Customers are not permitted to provide unlawful or offensive content when using the Store.
5. Account Registration
Customers may register an Account free of charge. Registration requires providing personal details and creating a password. The Account enables Customers to track Orders and manage personal data. The Customer may delete the Account at any time by contacting the Seller.
6. Orders
Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store. The Customer selects Products and completes the checkout form. An Order is confirmed when the Seller sends an email confirmation. A contract of sale is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.
7. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in PLN or EUR, inclusive of VAT.
- Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, Przelewy24, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and cash on delivery (where available).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of Order unless cash on delivery has been selected.
- The Customer bears any delivery costs unless free shipping promotions apply.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Deliveries are made via courier or postal service to the address specified by the Customer.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and courier chosen. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery is available on orders above €100 within the European Union.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the Products without giving a reason. To exercise this right, Customers must notify the Seller by email within the withdrawal period.
- The Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification.
- Returned Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all labels attached.
- The Customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the returned Products using the same payment method originally used.
Exceptions: Withdrawal rights do not apply to customized or personalized goods, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, and digital goods once accessed.
10. Complaints and Warranty
If a Product is faulty or not as described, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. Complaints should be submitted by email to kontakt@casualauthentic.com. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
Products are covered by statutory warranty rights under EU law.
11. Personal Data
The Seller processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable EU law (GDPR). Data is collected only for purposes necessary to complete Orders, provide services, and fulfill legal obligations. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data and to file complaints with a supervisory authority.
12. Intellectual Property
All content of the Store, including trademarks, logos, images, texts, and code, is the property of the Seller or licensed third parties. Copying, distributing, or using this content without written permission is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure). The Seller is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, unless required by mandatory consumer law.
14. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, war, epidemics, or interruptions to transport or energy supply.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer protection law. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent Polish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise in the Customer’s country of residence.
16. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Customers may use this platform to resolve disputes with the Seller.
17. Final Provisions
- The Seller may amend these Terms if required by law or due to changes in the Store’s operation.
- Customers with registered Accounts will be notified of changes by email.
- Orders placed before amendments remain subject to the version applicable at the time of purchase.
