You have 14 days to return products from the moment you receive your package. Please send your return to:

When sending back your return, don’t forget to include our email address and phone number so we can receive the parcel without issues.

Refunds are usually processed the next business day after we receive your return, either to your bank account or via the original payment method.

For returns, the customer is responsible for arranging transport and ensuring delivery to our warehouse (including keeping the parcel number / proof of shipment). Casual Authentic is not responsible for any issues with return parcels. If any problems arise, we recommend first contacting the customer service of your chosen carrier.
