How to place an order?
Add your chosen products to the cart, then fill in the shipping details and pick the most convenient payment method. Complete the payment and we’ll deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No. You can order without registration, but creating an account gives you easier access to your order history.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Later, or by credit card and traditional bank transfer.
Can I pay in installments?
Absolutely. By choosing Klarna you can pay 30 days later or split the payment into convenient installments.
How can I use a discount code?
Go to your cart, click "Checkout" and on the next page you’ll see a box to enter your discount code.
How to cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll proceed with the cancellation.
Can I exchange a product?
If the item you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another one. Contact our support team to arrange the details.
How will I receive the sales document?
All sales documents are sent by email to the address provided in your order. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.
DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
We process orders daily from Monday to Saturday. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. We’ll let you know right away if there are any delays.
How much is shipping?
DPD and GLS courier with upfront payment costs 10 €.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available on orders over 100 €.
When will I get a tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is packed. You’ll also get a direct link to the courier’s website where you can track your parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We deliver to most countries worldwide. The shipping cost is automatically calculated once you select your delivery country and courier.
RETURNS
How do I return an order?
Sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations. You can return it within 14 days (from the delivery date) as long as the items are unused. Please contact us before sending your return.
How much time do I have to return?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
When will I get my refund?
The money will be back in your account the next business day after we receive your return package.
Do I have to pay for the return?
The buyer covers the cost of return shipping.

How do I choose the right size?
On each product page you’ll find a "Size chart" with detailed measurements for that product.
The product I wanted is sold out. What now?
Just click "Notify me when available" on the product page and enter your email address. You’ll get a notification once it’s back in stock.
